About BFF & office documents
BEFORE WE BEGIN

Clear answers
before we begin.

How do we start a mid-year handover?

Share the intended period, existing contact and available records. The team reviews opening balances, outstanding work and handover needs before agreeing a start date.

Can we discuss incomplete records?

Start with the available records and identify periods and missing items. Chasing documents or historical clean-up requires assessment before inclusion in a proposal.

Are year-end accounts and audit included?

Check the individual proposal. Monthly bookkeeping, year-end preparation, filing and audit should be clearly identified before agreement.

What records help with multichannel sales?

Gather matching-period sales, settlements, fees, discounts, returns and relevant inventory records from each channel for the team to review.

READ. UNDERSTAND. DECIDE.
